pre - Vacation!!!!

Hahahaha... i'm off for a vacation!! Haven't had that in a damn loooong time. I really need one... have been workin like crazee... I'm off to Perhentian & Redang Island. Leaving on Sunday nite with a couple of buddies... Its gonna be nights of partyin' yay!!! hahaha...
Nice, chilled beer in the afternoons by the beach, nice warm wine by night... oh yeah!!! Oh n, NUDE BEACH!!! I'mma gonna do it... I dunno how, but i think i'll have a couple of drinks before i go around walkin naked in public... hehehe... most probably i'll chicken out... Watch out for updates to know if i've done it... hahahaha

Thoughts

Will update with photos n stuff once i get back. Oh n before i leave, juz a piece of advice to all my peeps; pls pls pls dun get yourself emotionally involved in other ppl's emotional problems, especially without knowing the whole story, coz you're juz gonna make wrong moves n spoil your name n respect that others have on you... So dun aight? hehehe... Some ppl are juz too emotional n get emotional about everything. This kinda ppl juz like to stay in an emotional rut, coz of all the attention they can get from it. They'll try n make the biggest deal out of the smallest incident or comment that doesnt even include them, in order to get back into that emotional rut. TRUST ME... i know wat i'm talkin bout... i've been literally living with this kinda ppl 24/7, and spent all my time giving 'em attention... Thank God that i'm out of it now. So pls pls pls, the least you could do is find out the whole truth n story (even if it goes way back into the past), before concluding based on wat you see, n wat you've heard (especially from emotionally unstable ppl). Ok peeps.... I juz thought i'll share this... something i've learnt.... hehehe

ROCK*STAR Dilemma

Guess what??? Aunty Mable's the champion yaw'll!!! hahahahah First Place baby!! Oh sh*t, I've never won anything in my life before... the closest i've come to winning is, third place. This is like totally awesome dude! Though we won, i personally think that we didnt do our best for the finals. I know we could've done better. The reason we didnt do our best was coz the damn sound on stage was F-ed up! Totally. My monitor wasn't playin sh*t. None of us could hear ourselves on stage, therefore we juz played by heart. It was the worst sound i've ever played in my life. All that long hours of soundcheck for nothing. But other than that, we still had fun on stage. We enjoyed every last moment of it. We started of with a slow number... our own composition, "Fly With Me", and then went on playin "I Hate Myself For Loving You". After the whole show, we had a crazy in-house party. I had a talk with brian (the main judge). He said, "based on tonight's (the finals) performance, Coda's the champion, coz you guys didnt give it your all.. I know you guys are capable of more. BUT based on consistency, you guys nailed it!! You guys never fail to capture the crowd n give a damn good show." Oh wow... thanks Mr. Brian...
True... true...

We'll i would like to personally thank CODA for all their assistance during soundchecks n stuff. We're gonna miss you guys like crazy. We've become really close buddies. I think that Coda was the best band of blastoff season three. No doubt. Nas is an excellent guitarist. Everytime he goes on stage, i pay close attention to him coz, he plays the guitar like a real pro. He knows his stuff. Awesome dude!!! Coda, Coda, Coda, Coda!!!


Oh man, i'm gonna b pretty lonely on thursdays, fridays n saturdays now. I spoke to every other contestant, and they felt the same. Its back to LIFE now. Juz wanna say to all the bands n vocals, we realy dig you guys... Love ya like crazy! We will meet again!


As for the future plans, we hope to realease our single by next month... If the funds come in on time. Music video will b out soon too. And finally album by end of this year. Hopefully it all goes well. Gigs, all over... we've got so many gigs to play in already. Oh n watch out for a collaboration of rap & rock... real soon... starring Aunty Mable's & Ghetto Republic a.k.a Mable Republic... hahaha.. yeah watch out for that. Besides all that's mentioned above, I would like to personally thank my mum & dad for being there every freakin week... standing in the front row n supporting, giving their all. Really love you guys. Also would like to thank my cousins n my brother, n the rest of my family for their awesome support! Also like to thank dwayne's n keith's family n all our friends (my high school friends) for being there EVERY WEEK too... Besides that, also appreciate my church members n some CF-ers (chen fei, sharon, sue li, clayts) for being there whenever they could. My church members n my CF-ers r like my life... a big thanks to ALL those who have supported. "Guys, although you probably came only for one performance, i totally understand n i totally love you guys, coz i know you were supporting all the way. For the rest who didn't give a sh*t, keep your crap to urself... I DON'T REMEMBER YOU!!!" hahaha... yeah thats how it is....
