21st B-day!!!!
Hey, i've not updated my blog for a while!! Well, have been really bz i guess.hehehe
I juz celebrated my 21st b-day on the 9th, which was last friday. It was supposed to be some major surprise party. The organizers were pei yin, dalyn, and my mum. They were supposed to make sure that everything goes well n that i never find out or even suspect BUT me, being the smart person that i am (hehehehe...juz kidding), found out after doin some investigation. Actually it wasnt much investigation, some ppl juz gave it away....hehehe
I was supposed to have a long band practice on that friday. It was scheduled to start at 6 and only finish around 9 or 9something. Then, my mum asked me if i could shorten the practice BUT i said NO WAY! Thats not possible. There needs to b discipline. So she kept buggin' me about it n i kept gettin' frustrated wif her, until she accidentally spat out the whole surprise thing. She said "I dun care! U hv to shorten ur practise to one hour max coz u must attend the PARTY at our new hse!!!" Then there was a moment of silence, so i asked my mum, "wat party?" n she mumbled and said, "The hse warming la!!" And thats where i began to suspect... hehe. So i agreed wif her n i decided to even cancel my practice. Hehe. then it gets worse, my dumb dumb fren steven accidentally says, "hey, so wats the plan for your surprise party next week?" and he continued by saying, "oh crap, i shouldnt have... err... well, the surprise house warming". I didnt buy it! So he confessed n he begged me not to tell my mum coz he'd b dead... hehehe. But i did anyway. Yeah, he almost died!! ahaha. So, now that i know wats goin on, i still dun have a clear picture of who's coming. So i asked my dearest dearest fren who wouldnt lie to me (she doesnt know that i found out edi). So i asked pei yin, "hey pei yin, u coming for my party?" n she was stun! and replied, "err... wat party?? not invited also!" hehehe. One thing bout pei yin is, she's a bad liar (which is a good thing...hehehe). By this time, i already know who r the organizers edi coz my mum told me everything. So i juz smiled at pei yin and she said, "hehehe.... how u know ar?" Then i told her n we both were laughing, then i said, "so, i'll pick u up for my party?" And she replied without a second of thinking and said, "nah, its ok. dun trouble urself, i'll follow clayton all la, since its juz on the way for him" and she went, "Oops!!!!!" hehehehe
So, there u have it! No More Surprises...hehehe. But there were still so many ppl who showed up at the party still thinking that it was a surprise and was so so so shocked to see me there greeting them.... hehehe. And i could hear them whispering to my mum saying, "i Thought he was only supposed to be here later?"... heheheh hahaha. SURPRISE!!! so, it was still a "surprise" party. The surprise was on them! hehehe.
The party was really really fun. I still didnt really know who were coming BUT i was so so so happy to see almost my whole church there, especially the youth leaders n my pastors! That really made my day!If they didnt show up, it would hv been a real depressing party! I also was so so so happy to see some of my ex- CFers there. And of course really glad that My bestest bestest fren was there. But was really dissapointed coz my whole CF committee & Ah Ling & Ah Yee didnt show up, except clayton. Really wished they were there. They're like my closest buddies. It would hv made a whole lotta difference if they did show up. But they did apologize coz had cell n stuff. BUT still sad they didnt show up!
BUt anywayz, had lotsa "ang pow" hehehe. And also some pretty cool Presents. Imma gonna save up and buy me the Best guitar ever!! ahaha... real soon!hehe
