what's love?

Love is a selfless desire or affection towards another. Thats wat i understand about love. Of course the bible has the best definition of it. Well, in other words, i totally undertand that if u really love a person, then u would be willing to let the person go in order for his/her benefit or happiness because his/her happiness concerns yours. If you're not able to let the person go, then you're juz being selfish coz you want him/her for your own benefit n happiness, n u care nothing about his/hers. Thats a simple fact that i'm learning to accept at this point of time in my life (although she's not with any1 yet, BUT juz preparing). I'll have to bless her n let her go, eventhough it will hurt seeing her with someone else, n its gonna be real weird listening to her share about her love life, n its gonna b so odd if i were to hang out with her and her lover, n it totally sucks BUT i'll accept it simply coz her happiness is very important to me. I really have no idea how i'm gonna react if that happens SO thats why i'm taking precautions n preparing myself now. Its really tough, but i've gotta do it. So far so good, i guess...
